Kona Afternoon Tea: A Magical Experience of Culinary Delight in London

Absolutely wonderful, magical experience! My mother, best friend & I had the Midsummer Night's Dream afternoon tea and had *the* best time. Our servers Abi & Harsh took exceptionally good care of us & the entire experience was filled with delight, beauty & deliciousness. I've been to many afternoon teas and this is by far my favourite. Thanks so much for such a lovely time & beautiful memories.

I recently visited Kona’s Secret Garden and had an unforgettable experience. The serene atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery, made it feel like a hidden oasis. The highlight, however, was the exceptional service from Arzan. His attentiveness and warmth made me feel like royalty throughout tea time. Arzan’s expert recommendations and thoughtful timing elevated the entire experience, ensuring I was always comfortable and well-cared for. The tea and treats were delightful, and the overall experience was simply perfect. Kona’s Secret Garden is a must-visit, and with Arzan’s impeccable service, it’s an experience I’ll treasure. I can’t wait to return!

A beautiful venue with delicious food and outstanding service. My girlfriend and I went for her birthday and it did not disappoint. We felt very welcome by the staff and they gave her a slice of birthday cake to take home with her after our meal! I would highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience there ! I reserved the tea time experience for a friend and I. It was delicious. The place it self is great and the decoration is so unique. We did the Midsummer themed afternoon tea. The pastries and savouries were both delicious. Apparently they change the theme quite regularly so i will try the others. But if you need an idea for a gift or an original tea time out of the classic path, it is a great choice ! Thank you for having me.

Stunningly well-decorated room for afternoon tea, everything was on theme, and the service & food matched the beautiful surroundings. The welcome cocktail was a lovely surprise, and even knowing the menu beforehand didn't prepare me for the surprise that was the amuse bouche, on a bed of pumpkin seeds! The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, the scones just well baked and with lots of topping options, the desserts were wonderful, full of flavours and not overly sweet. We even got a very cute (and tasty) surprise at the very end, quite the fantastical experience from beginning to end! A big thank you to Abi for being such a lovely host, and making our afternoon tea ever so enjoyable

Surprisingly excellent Indian twist on the Afternoon Tea option. Great selection on sweet and savoury with inventive finger foods washed down with excellent choices of tea. We were served by Adoush and Abi who were accommodating with great service. A place we would be comfortable to return to.

Enjoyed a fantastic meal here in March 2024. The flavours were incredible and with particular emphasis being on the savouries. Each dessert was sweet however sometimes lacked a strong flavour that I prefer. I am aware that this however is customary in traditional indian desserts. Sweetness is much more important than overall flavour profile. Therefore I do feel that Kona finds a modern balance between the two to make an enjoyable selection. Waiter couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and elevated the whole experience with his humour and grace. He gave us a slice of chocolate cake at the end of the experience to celebrate my birthday. Thank you Kona team.
